Due to the personalized nature of our e-cards, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you’re dissatisfied with your order, please contact customer support within 7 days. We may offer store credit or work with you to resolve the issue. Be sure to review your customizations carefully before submitting your order.

Physical Merchandise (Print-on-Demand)
We accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Personalized items (custom designs or text) are non-refundable unless defective. To initiate a return, please email us with a photo of the issue.

• Store credit may be issued for custom order concerns, subject to review.
• Returns must be in original condition and packaging.
