1. Personal-Use License

When you purchase from Valla Gifts, you receive a personal-use license.

Allowed:
• Sharing photos of your items on personal social media
• Enjoying products at home or gifting them

Not Allowed:
• Reproducing, altering, or reselling artwork
• Commercial use of any kind
• Uploading artwork to AI or machine-learning tools

All rights remain with VallaGifts.com and our artists.

2. Custom Artwork (Zombie Elf Yourself)

Custom zombie elves are made just for you.

Allowed:
• Sharing on personal social media
• Printing for personal enjoyment or as a gift

Not Allowed:
• Resale or redistribution
• Altering or modifying the artwork
• Commercial use
• Uploading to AI tools

3. Product Quality & Liability

Small variations in print color or placement are normal. Items are provided “as-is.” We are not responsible for shipping delays or carrier issues.

4. Returns & Refunds

Print-on-Demand Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email a photo to admin@vallagifts.com within 14 days.

Custom Items:
Custom work is non-refundable unless damaged or misprinted.

Notes:
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Contact us before sending anything back

5. Payments & Fulfillment

• Secure payments via trusted providers
• All items ship through our print partners
• Shipping times vary by location

6. Privacy

We only use your information to process orders. We never sell or share customer data.
